Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson has been told to cover up when she's on the dance floor for the television show "Dancing with the Stars", because the producers fear a major wardrobe malfunction. The shows bosses have presented Pamela with a list of requirements, to make sure she doesn't slip up. A source tells Us Weekly magazine, "They continue to tell Pam that she must make her costume designs more modest, or she has to wear a bra and pasties. "They live in fear of a Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction."
