Former star Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd birthday with an all-day party in Las Vegas Nevada on Saturday. Lindsay, whose real birthday is Tomorrow, hosted a get together at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Resort Hotel and Casino. The bash began in the afternoon by the pool and saw Lohan go through five outfit changes before she hit the dance floor in the evening.
