Cameron Diaz graces the 2009 MTV Movie Awards and it looks like Cam is just so tired of all the frenzy and craze involving such events. She doesn’t look her usual glamorous self at all and she looks old, maybe from too much fun in the sun. Nice blue suede boots though.
