Kristen Stewart went rather casual at tonight's awards. Her hair was tousled, she wore sneakers on her feet, but the red and black dress did take the look up a notch.
As we know, Kristen Stewart is one of the biggest young female stars in Hollywood these days.
Kristen Stewart also won the Best Female Performance at the 2009 MTV Awards, The award was presented by the trio of Cameron Diaz, Sofia Vassilieva and Abigail Breslin
