Sexy Pamela Anderson messed up on the catwalk at Vivienne Westwood's Paris Fashion Week show in France on Friday, when a wardrobe malfunction left the star showing her breast. The Hollywood mother of two was rehearsing for a runway show when her left nipple popped out of her top. Giggling Anderson quickly covered up and carried on modeling the British designer's wares without a hitch.
