After a long night visiting her little sister Solange at her home in Brooklyn yesterday, Beyonce Knowles was spotted...binder in hand...in midtown Manhattan earlier today.  And the paparazzi spotted her limo van, complete with Blue's carseat, pulling up to the W. 35th Street Alternative Education Complex.

Dressed in sheer part-fishnet part-mesh stockings, shorts, her Isabel Marant sneakers and a cardigan, the undisguisable star was spotted sans baby Blue heading into an Educational building.  She dodged the paparazzi cams and his her face as bodyguard Julius did his usual job of blocking Bey from the flashes.

The complex is a part of New York's Office of Adult and Continuing Education.  And offers adult basic education as well as career and technical education.  Wonder what she's up to...

Beyonce and her mom did open the Beyoncé Cosmetology Center at the Phoenix House Career Academy in Brooklyn back in 2010. Is a possible second center at this location in the works?

There's no dodging the paparazzi lenses in this eye-opener.  Bey topped off her spring look with a black fedora and black circular sunglasses as she made her way around Manhattan today to run some errands solo....well, with Julius in tow of course:

I'm positive there was a better shoe choice available (right?), but chick looks cute nonetheless.

Solange Knowles & Beyonce Knowles were both out on the town last night in NYC.  But for very different reasons.  Pics inside of Solo headed to rock her Stuart Weitzman boutique gig, while Mama Bey & Baby Blue made their way to the doctor's office.....

Beyonce was spotted leaving a medical office yesterday evening on the Upper East Side in NYC....with Baby Blue held extra close as usual.  Bey kept it stylish in a grey cardigan and leather pants with her grey scarf covering up most of Blue...except a small patch of her hair. 

Loving her Azzedine Alaïa lace-up calf hair platform boots.

Grandma Tina was there as well carrying Blue's other blankie.  How cute.

And also uptown in NYC last night:

Solange and her fab self made her way to the Stuart Weitzman store for their Spring 2012 Collection party.  She DJ'd the event, and turned it out in this cute summery colorblocked mini dress paired with her mint/silver toed 'Capsize' Stuart Weitzman pumps.  Loves the look:

Solo posed it up with Mr. Weitzman himself and the host of the party (rocking the Capsize pumps in nude and silver).

Great colors to compliment her skin.

It's a scarf...it's a fur...it's Baby Blue Ivy Carter!  Mama Beyonce Knowles was spotted out and about in NYC with her precious cargo today wrapped up in a bundle of grey fur.

Drop everything!  Baby Blue Ivy Carter has officially made her debut on the internet!  Mom Beyonce & dad Jay-Z just posted these absolutely daaaarrrling pics of their now one month old baby girl.  Get all the pics inside...

Precious!  Beyonce Knowles & Shawn Carter said NO THANKS to the mags offering tons of cash for the first pics of Baby Blue Ivy.  Instead, the Carters took full control and created a brand new tumblr account just for Baby Blue.  It's called HelloBlueIvyCarter.tumblr.com.

These are the very first pictures the world has seen of their new bundle of joy, who is hands down the most popular baby on earth right now.
