Amy Winehouse
Rehab singer Amy Winehouse will not be going to jail today, after she pleaded guilty to common assault and disorder this morning at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court in Buckinghamshire, England. The star had admitted she had drunk too much when she pulled theater manager Richard Pound's hair and called him an expletive after he had told her she couldn't have another alcoholic drink while attending a show before Christmas. The court was told that Winehouse had five vodka and Cokes before the incident. Winehouse was given a two-year conditional discharge as well as ordered to pay court costs and compensation to the victim totaling $300. The Judge, Peter Crabtree told Winehouse that she will be "hit hard" if she commits any further offenses within the next two years. Photo By: Sara de Boer/Retna Source: |

**** AMY WINEHOUSE WALKS DOWN SAME OLD ROAD ****
Amy Winehouse
Troubled Amy Winehouse's ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil is confirming they are engaged once again. The former happy couple divorced in July following a rocky two-year marriage, which saw them sink into alcohol and drug abuse. Fielder-Civil was also jailed on charges relating to a 2007 attack on a pub landlord. The union ended with the singer admitting adultery in court papers. Gossip of another reunion have been rampant since they were seen enjoying an intimate night out in September. Amy has also been seen wearing a engagement ring and was photographed visiting her ex-hubby's apartment in Sheffield, England earlier this month, where he is undergoing treatment for his drug addiction. Fielder-Civil has now confirmed reports they are engaged and planning to re-marry - and even considering starting a family. He tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "We're back together, and we're engaged. Amy and I have talked about getting married again and starting a family - we both definitely want kids. "This time we are doing things properly and hopefully that will help both our families come round to the idea. We've both been through a lot but we love each other the same as ever. We've tried to get on with our lives and to see other people, but it wasn't the same. There's no one like Amy. She will always be the love of my life." He also says, "We're free of drugs now and we're more responsible now. I'm 100 per cent clean and I'm not going to let anyone down. Amy said, 'You inspire me.' She's proud of me for staying off drugs and she's determined to do the same." Photo By: Sara De Boer/Retna Source: |

And she has her father to thank for leaking the news!
Mitch Winehouse has his own TV show in the UK and he revealed the real reason why daughter Amy Winehouse went to the hospital over the weekend.
"It wasn't because she had a cold. She's fine, she just had a little leaky something or other," he said as he pointed to his chest!
Oh nice, Mitch! We're sure Amy appreciates it.
She was probably devastated, she's been showing off her new boobies every chance she gets!

There's no other explanation for wearing a tank top in England during November!!
Amy Winehouse was seen exiting The Hawley Arms Pub on Tuesday in a bra an ensemble that showed off the only thing she's proud of - her $35,000 hard-as-nails tittays!
Wonder if she can even sing with those fun bags pushing down on her lungs?!
No matter! It's not like she'll be trying anytime soon!
Drink up, honey!

Amy Winehouse
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse made her a comeback by teaming up with The Specials at a British music festival yesterday, and then she appeared with Pete Doherty later in the day. The crowd went off the wall when Amy appeared towards the end of The Specials’ set, waving to her very happy fans and grabbing the mic for You’re Wondering Now before helping them end with Ghost Town. As she left the stage, Winehouse thanked The Specials, who recently reformed after splitting in 1981, telling the crowd to applaud for the group. Photo By: Sara De Boer/Retna more at: |

Rehab singer Amy Winehouse walked free from court yesterday, after she was cleared of assaulting a fan at a charity ball in London last year. Amy was accused of lashing out at dancer Sherene Flash and punching her in the face after an argument over a photo. London's City of Westminster Magistrates Court heard Flash had approached Winehouse at the charity event last September and asked the singer if she would pose for a photograph. But as Flash lined up next to the singer, she alleged Winehouse struck her above the right eye. Flash told she court she was left "crying and shocked" after the incident. But Winehouse was cleared of one charge of assault after insisting she had merely pushed Flash away because she was "scared."Earlier the singer's lawyer, Patrick Gibbs, told the court, "The main injury here was probably to Miss Flash's pride." more at: |

Following a brief hospitalization for dehydration and exhaustion, Amy Winehouse was spotted frolicking around St. Lucia with an unidentified man yesterday (May 3).
The “You Know I’m No Good†songstress looked to be feeling just fine as she jumped into her gentleman caller’s arms and wrapped her legs around his waist while out enjoying the beautiful sunshine.
In related news, it seems Amy’s petition for a court injunction against the paparazzi has been granted, and now shutterbugs must stay 100 meters away from her London home.
An inside source told press, "Every time she got in her car she was chased or jostled, and it has become unsafe not just for her, but the people around her. We don't have a problem with the press doing their job but it has become mayhem a couple of times and Amy had to do something."
