Rehab singing star Amy Winehouses jailed husband Blake Fielder Civil is turning down a second opportunity to leave prison early, after rejecting an offer from prison officials that would send him straight into rehab. Fielder-Civil is currently serving a 27 month sentence at Highpoint prison in Suffolk, England for causing actual bodily harm (ABH) and perverting the course of justice. According to media reports, officials offered to cut his stay by more than two months if he agreed to seek treatment in a rehab faculty. Only last week he was told he would be released if he went to live with his mother in Nottingham shire, England and wore an electronic tag an offer he also refused.A source tells London newspaper The Sun: "This will be another blow for (Amy). Blake could have gone to rehab and sorted himself out but would rather see out his sentence in prison. All he wants is a free reign when he leaves, which means living with Amy back in Camden.
