Pamela Anderson's kids want to live in a trailer forever.
The former 'Baywatch' actress has spent millions of dollars renovating her Malibu home, but says that Brandon, 13, and Dylan, 11 - her sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee - have got so fond of their temporary accommodation in the family's guest house trailer that they don't want to leave.
She said: "It's where all my motorcycles, surfboards and all the fun stuff for the kids is kept, but now that we are in there the kids don't want to leave.
"Even though my house is almost done and we are getting through this contractor hell."
The actress is being sued by five building firms over unpaid bills, allegedly owing over £690,000 for work on her property that she is unable to pay due to having just £2,300 in available funds.
It's where all my motorcycles, surfboards and all the fun stuff for the kids is kept, but now that we are in there the kids don't want to leave.
She has spent over £1 million renovating the £850,000 house - spending thousands on gold pool tiles and £33,000 sofas - but it does not yet have a working sewage system or electrics.
The actress has repeatedly been forced to deny she is close to bankruptcy.
In a statement released by her management team, the 42-year-old star said recently: "These reports are crazy and I cannot believe this has become a media issue. It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. Source: |

Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson s shrugging off all the controversy, after child protection advocates criticized her for allowing a 9-year-old girl to carry the train of her gown at a fashion bash. Pamela reportedly shocked party guests at the Hollywood Style Awards in Los Angeles California last weekend when she arrived with young Adelaide Gault, who trailed behind the actress and sat on the floor beside her as she watched the fashion show. Representatives of America's Child Labor Coalition were slamming Pamela for keeping the child out so late at the event. But Anderson is hitting back, insisting Gault, the daughter of a make-up artist working at the event, offered to accompany her to the ceremony. A representative for Anderson tells British magazine OK!, "As Pamela was getting ready, Adelaide asked if she could carry the train. Everyone thought it would be fun and Pam agreed. And Adelaide chose to sit next to Pam rather than in her own seat (at the fashion show.) She had a great time." Photo By: Sara De Boer/Retna Source: |

Pamela Anderson
Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson shocked guests at the Hollywood Style Awards over the weekend, when she turned up with 9-year-old girl Adelaide Gault, who trailed behind the actress, making sure her flowing Vivienne Westwood gown didn't drag on the floor. Gault, the daughter of a make-up artist who was said to be working at the event, followed Pamela around and even sat on the floor as Anderson took her seat near the catwalk. According to gossip reports, the audience physically gasped when Anderson took to the stage, turned to Gault and patted her leg, shouting "daughter," as if she was calling for a pet dog. A source tells New York gossip column Page Six, "She didn't even have her own seat and had to sit at Pamela's feet, where people nearly stepped on her to get to the stage. The girl looked uncomfortable and kept tugging on her dress to get her attention, but Pamela waved her away." Another guest adds, "Pamela was telling people it was her daughter. And, after she presented David LaChapelle with an award onstage, she shouted "daughter" in front of the whole auditorium, and slapped her leg like she was calling a puppy. The girl rushed up to grab her train." A spokesperson for America's Child Labor Coalition has now called for investigation into how the 9-year-old came to be "working" as part of Anderson's entourage. The rep says, "I would want to speak to the child to ask her if it is something she willingly did. Nine is very young, and an awards ceremony is a long time for a child to be out holding a dress." Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson is slamming back at gossip that she is facing bankruptcy after rumors alleged she owes $1 million in unpaid taxes and construction bills. Los Angeles County records show five construction companies have filed liens for unpaid bills for remodelling work carried out on the star?s Malibu home last year. According to media reports, bosses at one company, Bruder Construction, filed a $674,043 lien against the actress for costs including labor, materials and sub-contractors? fees. County records also show Anderson owes $252,360.39 in back state taxes and penalties for the year 2007. Pamela is insisting that she is sorting out her debts, blaming unpaid tax bills on ?miscalculations?. She says, "I?m financially secure and I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for me based on these rumors. I am actually touched at how much concern has been expressed for me over this. It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors. "My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair. If they are, they?ll be paid. If they aren?t, they won?t be. I am just sorry (one of the contractors) went to the press, especially when I was working out of the country. "On a separate issue, mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid."
