Anna Kournikova rings the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange in New York City on Wednesday

The 27-year-old former tennis star was there on behalf of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the community outreach program she's been involved with since 2004.

“I’m proud to be associated with a group like Boys & Girls Clubs of America who recognizes this need and is proactively providing resources to make this happen.”

Anna Kournikova was more than happy to pose for the paparazzi after ringing the NYSE opening bell to begin another day of trading.
